Falkirk go into it as strong favourites after a comprehensive 4-0 success at Dumbarton in a Betfred Cup group game just two weeks ago.
In tht game, Falkirk took a 12th minute lead when good work by Sean Kelly set up Calumn Morrison at the back post and he buried a right footed shot low past home keeper Kevin Dabrowski.

Hide AdIt was 2-0 Falkirk on 48 minutes when brilliant set up play between Blair Alston and Akeel Francis set up Morrison to emphatically shoot home his second.
And it became 3-0 on 73 minutes when Sammon knocked the ball home after a corner from the right flank.
The Bairns then added further gloss to the scoreline when substitute Anton Dowds tapped in from close range to make it 4-0 after the nippy Morrison had broken free in the penalty area and struck a low shot against the far post.
“It was a good day at the office,” Falkirk co-manager David McCracken told the Falkirk Herald post match. “I felt as though the boys gave a professional performance.

Hide Ad"I said to the boys at half-time that I felt as if we dipped after we scored the first goal.
"We stopped our intensity, the way we were pressing. They were threatening through their setpieces.
"In the second half we started to move the ball a bit quicker and we got the second goal.
"It was tough for Jim (Dumbarton manager Duffy) to get a team out on the pitch tonight.

Hide Ad"So we respect their position in terms of that. We appreciate they’ve done as much as they can to get the game on.
"But we’ve still got a job to do. I thought it was a good result and we played well.”
That victory helped the Bairns secure qualification for the Betfred Cup second round.
They have landed a glamour home tie against Scottish Premiership leaders Glasgow Rangers which will be played at the Falkirk Stadium this Sunday.
