Grangemouth's Feelgood Centre returns to offer power assisted workouts
and live on Freeview channel 276

In line with national easing of lockdown restrictions the centre, in Dundas Street, Grangemouth will be opening its doors again on Monday, April 26.
People can book their place at the power assisted exercise facility from Monday, April 12 by calling or sending a Facebook message between 10am and 1pm.

Hide AdSince it opened the Feelgood Centre has had great results helping people of all ages cope with hip replacements, knee injuries and arthritis.
Ideal for people with medical conditions, limited movement and for those who do not feel confident enough or able to attend a gym, the Feelgood Centre has a dozen power assisted exercise machines to help people enjoy a low impact workout without causing any pain, discomfort, or over stretching to muscle and joints.
