Hide AdExplaining his client’s absence, defence solicitor Stephen Biggam said: “He isn’t coming. He’s sick and he went to hospital.
“He was released yesterday (Wednesday) but he’s too sick to come to court today.”
Baas had behaved threateningly at a property in Randolph Place, Bannockburn on July 31 last year, where he repeatedly vowed to damage items within a home.

Mr Biggam replied: “It has.”
Sheriff Shead continued the matter until May 6.
