Abbie said after her haircut: “I think it might take a while to hit me that I don’t have hair anymore but I know its for a great cause.”
Abbie has raised money for Beat charity through her Just Giving page after she developed an eating disorder as a teenager.
She said: “I wanted to show my gratitude for Beat and support a charity that has helped me over the years.”
This year, Beat charity will focus on the time between the symptoms of an eating disorder starting and people seeking treatment with the theme, #WhyWait.
