Offender has his freedom restricted after breaching court order

Jamie Cordiner, 32 Avontoun Crescent, Whitecross, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday, November 5.
The 32-year-old had pleaded guilty to breaching a restriction of liberty order – imposed on August 13 last year – which required him to be within his home address between 7pm and 7am daily.

Hide AdCordiner was caught outside of the property at 10.30pm on October 5, 2019.
Procurator fiscal depute Catherine Fraser said: “Police attended in response to a male loitering around the close door and traced the accused.”
Defence solicitor Simon Hutchison told Sheriff Derek Livingston that Cordiner has not been in trouble since March 23.
Sheriff Livingston told Cordiner: “I will give you a chance.”
