Piper plays for Falkirk hotel staff who are helping hundreds amid pandemic

Daniel Sweeney was booked to play at the Orchard Hotel as a way of thanking employees for their efforts in feeding struggling residents across Falkirk district amid the lockdown.
Kitchen staff have been cooking up at least 100 meals a day for free for Camelon Community Hub and the Kersiebank Food Project in Grangemouth.

Hide AdOwners Stuart Crawford and Zoe Lynch were among those who watched Stenhousemuir resident Daniel play last Friday.
As well as his performance for the hotel workers, he has also been providing a birthday entertainment service for those who are shielding at home.
Daniel said: “It’s been a great success.
“I must’ve done 30. I’ve got bookings right up until September.
“I’m playing up the street and people’s neighbours will come out and listen as well.
“It’s got a right feelgood factor.”
